Have you ever wanted to know what to do when the files for your Emergency Repair Disk won't fit on a floppy disk. You have a few options depending on your hardware. For example, if you have a Zip drive (or some other large removable disk drive), you can put your emergency files there.

A rewritable CD is another possible location for those emergency files. If you have only a floppy disk drive to work with, you can use Backup to hold the files. Backup will prompt you to insert disks as needed. You'll find the Emergency Repair files in \Windows\Repair or \Winnt\Repair (see picture 1).
